For all domestic orders within Australia we will issue a credit note or exchange for change of mind purchases within 14 days of receiving your online order. (Change of mind purchases include wrong fit/size) and “accidental” orders (e.g accidentally choosing the wrong size or colour, unless the desired colour or size is in stock). Items that have been reduced in our Winter Sale are included in this policy and can be returned in exchange for a credit note. Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as this will lead to delays in processing times.

We will replace or refund any faulty or incorrect item(s) purchased from our website - subject to availability. Once the item has been returned to Zaket + Plover, it will be processed by our Quality Control Department, who will asses the issue and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.

The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed or altered in any way. We cannot process the return if the fore-mentioned requirements are not met.
The shipping cost incurred for a return or exchange is not covered and will not be reimbursed by Zaket + Plover. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from the issued credit note, once the return of the garment is successful.

To organise a return please follow the following steps:
1. Email us at within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the email and why you are returning the item.
3. We will provide you with details on how to proceed with your return or exchange.

Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.
