We do not offer returns for international orders (we are Australia based). If you would like to exchange an item, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The item(s) must be in its original condition with all tags attached, unworn, unwashed or altered in any way. We cannot process the exchange if the fore-mentioned requirements are not met.
The shipping cost incurred for an exchange is not covered and will not be reimbursed by Zaket + Plover.
HOW TO ARRANGE AN EXCHANGE
To organise a return please follow the following steps:
1. Email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
2. Please include your ORDER NUMBER in the email and why you are returning the item.
3. We will provide you with details on how to proceed with your return or exchange.
Please do not return an item without contacting us first, as this will lead to delays in processing times.
We will replace or refund any faulty or incorrect item(s) purchased from our website - subject to availability. Once the item has been returned to Zaket + Plover, it will be processed by our Quality Control Department, who will asses the issue and respond with a resolution as soon as possible.
EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY
Whilst every effort is made to accurately display the colour of our garments, as screen monitors vary, we cannot guarantee the screens display of any colour will be completely accurate.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER (INCLUDING PRE-ORDERS)
Please note that all cancellation requests must be made within one hour after an order has been paid for. Orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled. Sale and reduced items cannot be cancelled.
